Creative Cloud Trial

I tried to subscribe just to Adobe Acrobat Pro, but couldn't find a way to subscribe without the Creative Cloud trial. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to fiddle with it at the time. Later, I though I sucessfully cancelled the trial and didn't find out until almost a 8 months later and being charged for 7 months or $419.93. I contacted them and they offered to refund 2 months. That is not acceptable for a service I didn't want, tried to cancel and never used and didn't even know I had access to.

 

I am still attempting to resolve it and keep getting the run around. 

 

Any suggestions?

you can't work around (or bypass) adobe support.  ie, you can retry to make your case but if you failed the first time repeating the same thing is unlikely to succeed.
