Credit card cancelled due to fraud, can't pay, can't get in touch with Adobe

Hi

My information was stolen, and someone managed to withdraw alot of money from my account, before my bank realized and shut my account down.

I cant pay my Adobe subsricption without a valid credit card - which i wont have until end of next week. There's no way to get in touch with someone from Adobe - you just end up in this loop of selecting options for the issue you have.

Does anyone know, how I can resolve my issue, and not end up with a fee for not paying?

Thanks 🙂

You won't end up for paying a fee for not paying the subscription service, and I think that even the programs continue to work for a while, despite being at default. But yes, it is always best to inform the support of the possible trouble ahead so that they can add eventually some payment delay.
