Credit Card Details Fail to update

My account shows "There is an issue with your payment details. Please update your payment information."

 

I clik the link to add a new card however the card details fail to update.

 

Thtouhg (un)help there is another link provided to enter card details. I have entered new card details on 2 occasion, and on both occasions I receive the message the details were updated. However on both occasions after entering the details, these are still absent from my payment options and my account still show a payment issue.

 

ADOBE, PLEASE INDICATE HOW MY CARD DETAILS CAN BE SUCESSFULLY UPDATE SO I HAVE NO INTERRUPTION ON MY SERVICE.

 

FURTHER, PLEASE INDICATE CLEARLY A LINK FOR CHAT OR E-MAIL ON YOUR WEB PAGES BECAUSE NOT ALL ISSUES ARE SOLVED ON YOU HELP PAGES AND HUMAN CONTACT IS NICE!!!

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

Hello. I understand what you mention. But the chat button is nowhere to be found on the help page. This is valid when connection from PC, including different PCs, tablet or phone. Both your links connect to the same page.

 

I am trying phone support but hanging here for 20min. already!

 

It shouldn't be hard to get help directly from ADOBE, specially when you want to pay!

 

In which case, my initial question remains unanswered.

I'm sorry, but there's not much I can do for you. I am not an Adobe employee, and that's who you need to talk to. Yes, the wait times can be excruciating. 

 

Make sure you have ALL of your script blockers, tracking blockers, pop-up blockers, and ad blockers TURNED OFF, or that chat icon won't show up. When you can connect, type "Billing" in, as that should get you connected to the right department without having to go through an intermediary step.
