Credit card payment is being debited

Question

Hi,I am being charged on regular basis for the unknown subscription through my credit card. On my log in into the Adobe.com nothing is subscribed as it shows. This is happening for more than a year. Kindly help me to resolve and refund the money. Attached the cc notification email herewith.

Are you sure that there is no other account on which this card is being used or if any family member is using it. The only option here is to work with the support team and your bank to get this sorted. If this is some fraud then you will need to block the card through your bank. Talk to Adobe support first to see if they can give you details that help you track this down
