Question

credit card renewel

I received an email from Adobe saying that my credit card was expiring. I followed directions and entered information for a new card. I have not been able to open Lightroom Classic since. The account page shows the information for the new card. When I try to open LC, a message appears that I need to open an account or begin a free trial. How do I get LC to open?

using the same id/pass used to confirm your account ( https://account.adobe.com ) is current, sign out and then sign back in to your cc desktop app.

Ask your question in the Account, Payment and Plan forum. When you post there, please also explain what you see on the screen that indicates “it doesn’t recognize that I have an account”. What are the exact words?

I changed the credit card for my account. When trying to open LC, it doesn't seem to recognize that I have an account. It requests that I open a new account. What do I do?

    MacIntosh System 15,6.1

I had to change the credit card associated with my account as the old card had expired. I checked the account information and the new card seems to have been applied. Now, when I try to open Lightroom Classic, it won’t open and a screen asking me to either open an account (new) or start a free trial. My email does appear in the window.

How do I resolve this problem and use Lightroom Classic again.
