CS6 installed using DVDs, that I bought in 2015, on new computer with Windows 11. Activated and working. Problem: Receive warning message to register or it will stop working in 5 days. Started at 7 days. Unable to re-register with Adobe. Adobe Chat Help sent me here.

Wilfred, thanks for posting your question about registration. I can confirm your copy of Master Collection is registered to the account you used to start this public discussion thread.

Please click on don't show again, to dismiss the prompt to register. The registration services that Creative Suite 6 is trying to contact was replaced many years ago by the process listed at https://adobe.ly/4oRUlvH that allows the serial number to be entered and registered directly on https://adobe.ly/4mCoDkD. ^JW

Thanks. My CS6 installation now appears to acknowledge that it is registered because I did not receive any warning today in any of the programs. Thank you for your help.

    You are welcome, Wilfred!

For any future posters, if you click on Do not register, and are still prompted, then it could be due to the application being unable to set the do_not_register preference. You can try running the application as an Administrator and verifying that no security software is preventing the preferences for the application from being updated.  ^JW

CS6 is from 2012 so where did you buy in 2015?
