Tengo un problema con la facturacion, el 23 agosto yo entro al plan de 7 dias gratuitos de adobe entonces desinstale el programa y lo volvi a descargar junto con adobe creative introduje mis datos de tarjeta, etc.. Hoy 7 de septiembre me hacen el debito a mi cuenta por 19.99$ y 29.99$. Revisando mi computadora y veo que esta tambien la cuenta de otra persona inicada sesion. ¿Porqué me cobraron de las dos cuentas si solo active mi tarjeta para el debito de mi cuenta?.

It appears you have two accounts because you downloaded the software more than once under two different plans  -- one for $19.99 and another for $29.99.
