Hola

 

En septiembre del año pasado compre una key de Adobe por 1 año en Eneba.com.

Ahora mi subcripción a sido eliminada de la nada antes de cumplir un año. 

Necesito una respuesta de porque fue eliminada.

 

Tambien tengo un problema al momento de querer entrar al chat y no se como solucinarlo.

There have been numerous posts lately about people who have had their subscriptions cancelled before the year is up. In many cases, this has been because it turned out that they bought a redemption code from a non-authorized reseller, meaning it has been pirated in some way, and that Adobe discovered this during one of its periodic audits.

 

You can check here to see if Eneba is an authorized reseller: https://adobedealreg.secure.force.com/PartnerSearch?

 

If they aren't, contact Adobe's Piracy prevention team here: https://www.adobe.com/trust/fraud-prevention.html

 

In some cases, I believe Adobe will provide discounts for a new subscription to victims of fraud. Good luck.
