Me subscribí a Adobe por una promo al 50% pero luego no lo subieron al 100%, sino que lo multiplicaron al 1300%. El sistema funciona bien la facturación es un scam total.

contact adobe support to get more information. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I purchased it directly from Adobe through the website. I dont know any other way.
There arent many more details. I shared the price spike. I cant afford the new cost and I realized this month because I actually looked at the credit card because there seemed to be a mistake but no. The adobe account showed the same.
