Currently, the company has purchased and used the Adobe license for personal use.

Is there any problem?

It is a company of about 40 people, and only the required workers are purchased for personal/student (real students and working people), and each individual has one license.

Hi @lee3824129973bl,

I second with @kglad.

In addition to that, you check the plans and pricing details here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

there's no problem with adobe, but whoever holds the license owns the work.  ie, if the company wanted access to any of the files produced by employee x, it (the company) would need the cooperation of x because from adobe's view, x owns the subscription.
