Cursos en línea aplican para el plan de estudiante?

Hace poco me inscribí en una academia de diseño en línea (que tiene plan anual), y tengo duda de si puedo cambiar mi plan de adobe a un plan de estudiante.

    is your school accredited?  if not, you fail to qualify.

     

    otherwise, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    tweet @AdobeCare

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    Hello! Thanks!
    It does not qualify as a "College", but it does give accredited diplomas for the courses you complete. Honestly, I've been trying to contact support but the chatbot says that "they are out, try contacting during service hours" but they don't say when that is, not sure if they take days off for holidays or something. So, in the meantime, I wanted to see if someone else had this issue and solved it
