Customer service complaint

I tryed to explain to customer service that a forggoten subscription charged me for $36 from the same day, needed refunded because I didnt use photoshop anymore. they told me it wasnt possible to refund a 3 hour old subscription that I havent touched. the only way i could get some of my money back was to change to a cheeper subscription. i just want my money back.....

you have no options other than dealing with adobe support.
