Customer Service is Incredibly Horrible
I didn't realize how bad a company like Adobe would be in terms of customer service. Nirnaya was the agents' name and she ended our conversation asking me to contact them again in 2 hours?? She was talking about tool issues? Which is nothing near what I was asking for help with. The AI was more helpful than Nirnaya. If she took a second to actually understand what I was asking maybe she would understand the problem I am having. Who hires these absolute jesters to provide customer service. And the fact they can end the conversation so you can no longer find a solution to the issue you're having is crazy.
