Customer service "out for lunch" all year long
Adobe has put in extreme block to acess them via phone yet happy to take your money.
They give you self help which doesn't answer my questions regarding a change I plan to make.
The BOT promised me a phone call back but it never happened.
I have used Adobe for years but now they want out of my business,
Anyone have phone #'s or found same/issues? How did you resolve?
