Customer Service Refund Issue
Adobe has charged me twice for Lightroom even though I cancelled well within the window of time allowed to do so, yet they will NOT refund my money. Does anyone have a phone number to an actual human who cares at Adobe? I have tried for three weeks to get my money back, and I just get the same run-around. Are these the same people who try to tell us our "microsoft sytems" need updates, and steal all of our information and money???
