Help!
I needed adobe creative for my uni, I stopped uni 2 months ago and forgot to cancel, I haven't used it since and want to cancel my subscription. I can't because the payment is overtime. So I reached out to customer support: after 5 minutes of silence they hung up on me, 2 times!!! Unbelievable.
I am very angry and feel filing a lawsuit since I can find at +15 more 1-star reviews here in the Netherlands with 'scamming' as headlines. Don't get me wrong here, adobe is amazing at the products which they offer. But if you want to cancel, they make it logical impossible.
The only way I can cancel my subscription now is by changing my credit card information and letting my bank know what has happened, maybe they can do something.
I am very disappointed in the customer service of adobe. I will properly never speak positively ever again over adobe and will search for any other product on the market if I need anything again.
