Dar de baja mi plan

Porque me están cobrando US$82.45 por cancelar mi plan, si yo lo solicite en cobro mensual, y aquí me dicen que es un plan anual, yo no quería eso, y ya no puedo seguir pagandolo. Ayudenme por favor.

it's not so much a question of what you wanted, but what do you chose. if you chose an annual plan, there's a penalty (=1/2 the remaining commitment) for early termination.
