Bonjour,

Quand on modifie une formule cela recommence l'abonnement à la date du changement ? Pourquoi ?

J'ai modifié ma formule complète pour celle pour la photo (lightroom & Photoshop).

Je suis maintenant étudiante et cela m'embête beaucoup de devoir payer mon abonnement alors que j'ai une licence gratuite.

Je ne peux pas le résilier car il n'est qu'à la moitié de l'année (depuis que j'ai changé de formule, pas depuis que j'ai pris un abonnement)

i'm not sure it makes sense to cancel now that you're 1/2 way through the all apps plan (because you're liable for a penalty), but if you want you can cancel via adobe support. use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
