Good afternoon, I am trying to cancel the Pro Subscription of a deceased person, without paying the fine for cancelling.  Please advise how I need to do this?

Acrobat Pro Individual or a Enterprise Creative Cloud Pro or Teams/Enterprise Acrobat Pro license? 

 

Acrobat Pro individual: you will need to get access to the Adobe ID of the user and contact customer service. Ask themmto cancel the subscription.

 

Enterprise/Teams: you normally would attribute the licence to a different user.

By any chances are you aware of the type subscription purchased ( is it an individual license / team license or an Enterprise license )
