Dear community

This month has been announced further increases of price. For those who has special needs like me, I'm passing from a previous plan of 36€ to 63€ with about 50% increase added which is not acceptable. I've been using all application only because i need Photography plan and sporadically Premiere  , After effect and more frequentely Indesign and Acrobat.

That means I'm using 7App up to 20 avaiulable but monthly paying for the whole one yet. Is there any chance for Adobe to understand customer needs and propose customized bundle at dedicated accessible target price? Alternatives equally good and less expensive (or even free)  are just behond the corner ..

You have had a special price? And you are now getting priced as everyone?

It may be that the reason for the special price disapeared. It may also be, that Adobe did decide to abolish the special price. But it doesen't seem to me a price increase.

Anyway. The price for the all apps plan has been targeted at the standard user, who uses 3 applications regularily. I'm using 5 to 6. So the price is a real bargain, especially, because I have access to all applications, and I can sniff around, if I have time to spare. My Telecom price (3 mobile phones and internet) does cost me more than that. My daughter has Disney+ and my wife pays TV and Spotify. That together is also an all apps subscription. If you work professionally with these tools, it's simply a bargain.

If you have a pricing problem, I suggest, you try to contact Adobe support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If in doubt, ask the forum.

not based on the fact that this complaint has been regular since adobe went to the subscription model. (and probably before that, too.)
