I have emailed the support team to cancel my free trial but they are still trying to take payment. How do I cancel this scam company

Hi ​@Samparky87,

I reviewed your account info and found that you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Standard with pending dues. This is the reason you are not able to cancel your plan and delete your account.

Please follow the suggestions given by the experts to fix the payment issues.

I had confirmation that my subscription would be CANCELLED on 16rh April

no one here can cancel for you. and there’s no place you can email to initiate contact with adobe.

It wont let me cancel as I have an outstanding payment which shouldn't be on there

You won’t be able to cancel unless you fix the payment issue.

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
