Delete Account - No option under privacy

Hi Folks,

 

I want to delete my account but I dont find the option under privacy and it wont let me contact them about the situation as far as i can tell.

Thank you for the patience. I searched for the Adobe account associated with the email address you used to post this thread however there is no Adobe account associated with it. 

Did you create your account using a different email address? If yes, please share the email address with me through a direct message.

I'll look into the details.

I found a way to delete my account. Nobody told me there was a live chat and I got proof of denial of denial of deletion of my account in 2024 and then confirmation of the conversation that was to delete my account and they ended up following my request this time. I have no way but this to respond.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

the screenshot you showed is one expected if you have an subscription or owe money to adobe.

As i beleive as i said i do not have any active plans and have not since december 2024 acording to my past invoices
