deleting a plan

Okay, I am maybe panicking a little here.

Hey guys, long story short, I cancelled my Photography 20 GB plan. Then I went and deleted the account altogether because I was being charged for an account I didn't realize was still active, and had another account as well, etc. Then I changed my mind and retrieved the account because it was under my business email and I wanted to keep using that. So I went to change from the photography 20 GB plan to the regular Lightroom 1 TB plan. But when I went to purchase the Lightroom Plan it was blocked because I "already owned that plan", aka the 20 GB, even though the prices are totally different. So I thought I could just reactivate the 20 GB plan, then change plans to the Lightroom 1 TB plan, but it wouldn't reactivate the 20 GB and there wasn't any options available now to change plans. Now I don't even have an option to reactivate the 20 GB plan and I still can't buy the Lightroom 1 TB. I think it might be because cancelling the plan, deleting the account, and then retrieving it were all in the course of like one hour so it like messed up the system a bit, but idk. If I just delete the account entirely in hopes of starting over again, will I be able to create a new account in a few days under the same email? Or will I never be able to use that email again?

Help please!

once you cancel a plan you can’t reactivate it.  you can only start another plan that is being offered at the time.
