Demande de résiliation non prise en compte et impossible de refaire

Not the hello (I just spent 25 min to find how to contact this company that is not set up a customer service worthy of the name).

 

How do I contact ADOBE? I canceled 2 days after having subscribed and they still try to take ... impossible to redo the modification to cancel the subscription!

J'ai pris l'abonnement le 20 après midi et le soir même j'ai fait la résiliation !

 

Je me doute qu'il faut contacter le support mais c'est IMPOSSIBLE !!! il me semble pourant être clair depuis le 1 message. Plusieurs navigateur, plusieur PC ... toujours c'est (langage inapproprié effacé par un modérateur) qui ne servent à rien quand on a besoin d'un être humain !!!

do you have access to a telephone?  in particular, if you have a mobile phone you can probably use chat with any of its browsers (especially if you use a public network to connect).

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

le chat fonctionne peut être au USA mais pas en France ... ça renvoi sur une page (langage inapproprié) qui ne donne pas accès à quelqu'un qui peut intervenir
