Last month, I signed up for a 7-day trial. However, when I tried to cancel before the trial period ended, your system did not allow it. Anyway, it's not a big deal, I said I would pay for a month. Now, when I want to cancel, you are asking me to pay ₺3,022.80 for early account closure. Do you find this fair and ethical? I am not using the program, and I will make my payment for one year.
