Desejo cancelar um plano que está suspenso e não consigo

Tenho um plano que foi suspenso por falta de pagamento, porém não consigo cancelá-lo, e continua enviando cobrança para o meu cartão. Já até fiz outro plano mas continuo sendo cobrada por esse plano. PRECISO DE UMA SOLUÇÃO
