Design Premium CS4 student version still usable?

Hey all, I bought Design Premium CS4 in 2009 and wondered if I could still use it? The problem I have though, the license is for Windows, but I'm using macOS now. Also, I don't have the installation CD anymore. Is there any way to get it to work? The product is registered in my account.
