Different rate in student plan

Hi, maybe someone can help me. I am a 14 year old Argentine student. Last year I purchased a Creative Cliud full plan at the student rate, and this year I received an email to renew at the regular rate. I don't know why I can't get the student fee if I'm still in school. Regards. #Istayathome
