Direct help email for adobe?

Hello all,

 

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I am stuck in a yearly subscription as I needed to use adobe to edit an important on off document. 

I cannot afford to keep paying for it monthly in my situation and it costs a lot of money to cancel which it completely outrageous.

I don't use adobe at all, it is just a burden that is taking my money each month and when I try to search for a way to contact adobe it leads me round in circles to nowhere.

 

could anyone help me figure this out?

    if you don't use adobe apps at all, cancel and pay the penalty you agreed to pay when you subscribed. ie, you were offered a monthly plan paid monthly with no cancellation charge and two annual plans, one paid monthly with a cancellation charge for early cancellation and one paid once with no refund for early termination.

     

    if there's some extenuating circumstance, explain to adobe support per @John T Smith

    You agreed to a one year contract, with a payment of 50% of the remaining balance to cancel early
