Disable student status

Question

How do I disable the student status on my adobe account? Nowhere can I make it so I'm not a student anymore in the parameters, whenever I go in the "Update Student status" area I can only submit documents to prove I'm still a student, which I am not anymore. Where do I change this?

for others, just wait.  one year after the end of your proof of student status, your status will change.

As per your account details, you have cancelled your subscription today and the term will last till March 23, 2024.The account is not listed under Student status.I saw that your subscription duration is almost 5 years.
