Disappointed
I am going to cancel my plan and despite the contract stating cancellation fees, I am disappointed this is the way you work. I will not be using Adobe again nor will I recommend you. Happy to pay the $75 but truly disappointed. I used one feature and admittedly didn't cancel due to life as we know it - kids, work, covid etc. if I had been using all the apps available to me in the 6 weeks I had the membership, I would understand wanting to be paid for your expertise. I get that lots of people would take advantage of your offers. My idea is that you don't offer discounted memberships and later penalize people. Charge what you think you are worth and honor cancellations that way you don't appear to be taking advantage of on-line membership purchases whose deadlines you know very well will be missed by a large percentage of people.
