Discount Not Applied After successful verification
Hello Adobe Support,
I have an issue with the pricing of my Creative Cloud PRO plan.
My plan reverted to the full standard price shortly before I could submit my academic verification documents.
Status: My eligibility is now successfully verified (I am a certified Teacher/Educator).
Problem: The subscription price remains at the full standard rate instead of the confirmed discounted academic rate.
Could the Adobe Team please look into my account and adjust the billing to the correct educator/teacher discounted price? I also request a credit/refund for any overcharged amounts.
