discounted subscription

Hello. I would like to purchase a subscription to the course on the site
Working with photos 598.80 rub. /month . Plan for the year.
Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop for PC and iPad, plus 20GB or 1TB cloud storage.

But, when I try to enter card details, it says that the purchase is not supported. I haven't bought plans before - so I'm a newbie and I'm eligible for a 20% discount. what is the problem?
