Disgusted with Horrible Support

I started my After Effects trial, cancelled all payments. Checked to make sure they were cancelled, and just recieved a charge on my credit card. I go to RE-CANCEL AND THEY CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE OF 160 DOLLARS. I'm DISGUSTED with adobe.

When you cancelled, you should have received a confirmation email that you cancelled. 

Check your spam folder for the email before you contact Adobe support.
