Dissatisfied with cancelling policy, now stuck or pay the penalty
Unfortunately, our account missed the 14-day cancellation after using the Adobe product once. Hopefully, pressure from government agencies will force Adobe to change its subscription-based service or make its terms more visible to consumers. Is there an option to opt out of auto-renewal after one year currently? Will Adobe soon have an opt-out auto-renewal after one year of the annual plan selection? Likely, I will have to use the Adobe product less than five more times over the next six months and then will cancel. Feeling frustrated and trapped.
