Hi,
I saw i was recently charged for a subscription (acrobat) I no longer use. I was charged three days ago but only saw the money exit my account today. I was wondering if it is possible to request a refund, and if so, how long does the refund take?

I am also confused because if it is automatically given back ot customers within the 14 day window, why do you still keep access to the subscription until the end of the month?

Thank you to anyone who offers adivce.

Thank you for posting to this public discussion forum, @EnzoKS.

I appreciate your frequent use of our services, and sorry that Acrobat has not met your current needs.

You currently have a monthly subscription, @EnzoKS, so there are no refunds available. If you cancel now, you can continue using the service for the remainder of the month for which you recently paid.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html#month-to-month for more information about how a month-to-month plan works.

This plan is the same as the InDesign plan you subscribed to in March of 2026, @EnzoKS , but it should not be confused with an annual subscription, which is paid monthly. The annual subscriptions offer a greater discount in exchange for a commitment to an entire year of payments.

You have not yet completed the cancellation process, @EnzoKS, so your plan is still active. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html for information on how to self-cancel your active monthly subscription.

You are welcome, @EnzoKS! The month-to-month plan offers the most flexibility.

I recommend setting up a reminder with a link to https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html for your next subscription, @EnzoKS. You could set it a few days before renewal, to confirm you are still receiving value from the services.

Refunds are automatic if you qualify then it should reflect in your account in around 2 weeks. See refund policy at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html
