Do I need to cancel my plan?

Hello, I signed up for a 7 day free trail without realizing that I already can access Adobe services through my university, but I used my university e-mail when I signed up. Now that I'm signed in and included a university login step, it does not show any options for me to cancel my plan, but I still have an e-mail from adobe that if I don't cancel my subscription by the 27th I will start getting billed. I am a bit confused as I used that same university email address, hope I will not be billed. Appreciate the feedback!

note: when you cancel make sure you're cancelling the correct plan, and  if you're going to be (incorrectly) charged a cancellation fee, contact support per @Rashmi27002770wxve

 

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat using a browser (with settings that allow popups and javascript) per @Rashmi27002770wxve, phone and twitter:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
