Question

Do I report fraud to the bank and complain to BBB or...?

I noticed that I was being billed for some Adobe services every month although I hadn't been an Adobe customer in years.

First, I tried to log in online and cancel, but my email wasn't verified. I tried to dispute the charges online, but that page wouldn't even load. I also tried to stop the auto payment at my bank, but it was still going through the following months.

Finally, I got to chat with a live person at Adobe (or at least I think it was a human, not AI) to cancel any and all services associated with my name. Someone in India replied that they cancelled my subscription.

I still have no verification of any cancellations and no information as to what services those were or how I was subscribed to them  since I cannot have any access to that Adobe account.

So who is going to reimburse me and other people in similar situation for the services we were charged for?

Why cannot I access the account that automatically bills me and see what subscriptions I have if my own email is not verified?

Do we just have to report fraud to the bank every time we get billed without authorization and complain to BBB?

Is there any American human being in this company responsible for customer service besides AI and unidentified clerks in India?

It appears that the issue is systemic based on the multiple complaints I see online. BBB even has a special link and a sample letter of complaint for Adobe clients who experience the same billing issues over and over.

This link will help you find the account that is charging your card

If you do not have a subscription contact the fraud number for your credit card

Thanks John. I've tried that, but every time I get an "Alert" that says "We are having trouble loading the tool. Please refresh the page and try again." Same now. Freezing my bank account and card are not good options. I just don't get it why it has to be so difficult to get to view subscriptions, unsubscribe, get reimbursed and move on.
