Do we have a decent way of contacting sales?

So I cancelled my Pro Cloud, since I don't need most of the Apps anymore.
I just need Lightroom (Classic).
During the cancallation, I got a very good offer for switching to the Lightroom (Desktop, not mobile) Plan, which however only included 40GB storage, which is more than enough for me since I never use cloud storage anyways these days.
I wasn't able to select it, clicking on it did nothing and I also wasn't able to read all the terms and conditions. Thinking this would be an offer I would see again afterwards, I cancelled my current plan. Obviously, now I only get the normal plan offered.
Contacting the live chat did nothing. They said what the price of the plan usually is, I asked why I couldn't see the offer from earlier again, they answered: Sometimes Adobe shows special offers. They said I can provide a screenshot. I said no, I didn't think I needed one and they immediately asked if I had any other questions, basically closing the conversation.

So, is there any mail I can reach to check again with sales if they can reoffer me the offer I would've taken, if the website would've worked?

And how would that help me at all? Selecting the plan and paying three times as much as the one I was offered during the cancellation process?

use the change plans option.
