Does anyone else get dropped chats from Adobe support?

Just annoying to sit on chat and wait for them to get back to me, only to get disconnected before they say anything.

yes, it's common to lose connectivity.  check for an open ticket, there are 3 ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,

    (win:) http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

    (mac:) https://mac-product-key-finder.com/https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html

This was the second support chat I had opened and been disconnected from. I got through to someone on the third attempt and solved the issue. 

 

Not one of those three incidents generated a ticket or shows in my support history.
