Question

Does cancelling email mean associated Adobe account is cancelled too?

A work email that was used to sign up to and subcribe to an Adobe account has been recently cancelled. I tried logging into Adobe accounts using this email, but it's saying that it doesn't have an account with Adobe. I'm wondering if this means the Adobe account has been cancelled as a result of this? And if I'm no longer being billed for this.

I just need to double check before signing up and paying for another work account.

Thanks

Hi Shivangi,

Thanks for replying. The account I couldn't sign into anymore is under this email:

[Removed by moderator.  Please send a PM to Shivangi_Gupta or contact Adobe Customer Service rather than post an email address on this forum.]

Could you check if there is still a subscription linked to it please?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:
