Don't charge until I confirm, I don't care if the account activation is suspended.
Hey Adobe, maybe (passively agressively) don't charge the resubscription fee until the user confirms thats what they want. You tried to charge me 4 times because my bank thought you were suspicious, and the next day you charged for my resubscritpion before I was ready.
You already have so many problems with the fact that you charge an EXORBITANT amount of money to cancel. You could hit two birds with one stone by suspending an account after the year is up, until the user confirms resubscription.
You could add it as a seperate option even. But most people will realize when they need to resubscribe because adobe cloud automatically pops up and tells you so and the apps won't open without sending you to that pop-up.
I wasn't quite ready to resubscribe and was going to wait until my next paycheck. Some poor employee would have to be at the end of my phone call if I had to call to cancel, only to resubscribe a week later when I had the money. You're lucky I had back-up.
You would use less customer service resources and gain a little respect from your user-base, because everybody hates how much Adobe costs and how much it costs to cancel.
