Don't have access to Premiere Pro

I'm paying for Illustrator yet Premiere Pro isn't available unless I buy it. And I can't find a REAL ADOBE agent to talk to, just stupid AI chats. And if I cancel they charge me the early fee. This is robbery, I had no idea I'd be stuck in a contract for a year, only for it to not even work.

I don't know what is shown to you, but having only the Illustrator subscription does not give you access to Premiere Pro. If you have a Creative Cloud Pro subscription (formerly called Creative Cloud all apps) you have access to all Creative Cloud programs.

it literally says that Premiere Pro is included in my plan, like under "Included in your Plan" there's Premiere Pro. I feel like I got scammed

What are you paying for?

Only Illustrator, or the entire subscription that includes Premiere Pro?
