Hallo, ich hatte rechtzeitig die kostenlose Version gekündigt im Playstore. Es wurden aber 1x 5,99 € und 1x 23,79€ abgebucht. Das Abo habe ich nun in der App direkt nochmal gekündigt. Die 23,79€ werden wohl nun gutgeschrieben. Aber was ist mit den 5,99€?

When you sign up for an app's subscription on an Android device, your payment method is charged by Google Play, and they are the only ones with access to your billing information and the ability to issue refunds. Therefore, you will need to contact Google Play support directly to request a refund for the €5.99 charge.
