Double billed

Question

I am being double billed each month, how do I get a refund or at least stop paying for one of the plans. It is a mistake and I shouldnt have to pay the cancellation fee for both.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
