Double billed for Premier Elements and no one to refund me

My recent purchase of Premium Elements for $111 USD was charged twice to my credit card and I need to find someone to refund one of them. Waited on a chat for hours and nobody ever responded.

Where did you buy Premiere Elements?

In any event the people to talk to is your Bank and or CC company.

Thanks! I did everything you suggested already. The chat link just froze . Every time I clicked the link to report an problem I got an error message that suggested it was their problem. The Adobe support link suggested that I could find support here and it was a quicker way for them to respond. I doubted that but it was the only option I had left.
