Double billing

Hello Adobe Support,

 

I have just sent a formal notice of default via email regarding double billing on my Adobe subscriptions. But all mailadresses bounce and its simply impossible to find one that works (intensly frustrating and unfriendly customer experiance because of this)

 

Since November 4, 2023, my existing Lightroom subscription ran in parallel with my new Photoshop subscription, even though Lightroom is explicitly included with Photoshop. As a result, I have overpaid €353.76.

 

I urgently request:

 

  1. Immediate consolidation of my subscriptions into a single package with Lightroom + Photoshop,
  2. Waiver of any cancellation fees,
  3. Confirmation that the overpaid amount will be reimbursed and that appropriate compensation will be applied.

 

 

My email with the formal notice contains all the details, including my bank account information for the refund. I kindly request immediate action and a confirmation of the steps being taken.
