Double billing

Hi, 

I have a subscription to Creative Cloud Photography Plan with 1TB and I am being billed for that monthly on the 10th of each month. (order number: ADB094559038BE)


But for a year now, I am also being billed €18.14 and I can't figure out why that is. 

This started in June 2020, so that's already €145.12 that was billed unaccounted.

 

I included a screenshot of paypal that tells me money was billed and a screenshot of my Adobe invoice and billing history, to show that these two payments are not related.

no one can cancel on your behalf.  you must fix payment problems (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html), if there are any, and then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html



and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Cancel ALL subscriptions with ADOBE. You been double billing me for too long...CROOKS!!!!
