Double Billing for Adobe Acrobat Pro Subscription — No Active Plan Shown on Account
I am writing to urgently address an issue where I have been charged two months in a row for an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription that I cannot cancel. However, when I log into my Adobe account, it clearly shows no active subscription or plan linked to my profile.
Despite this, my credit card has been charged twice. I have attempted to cancel the subscription through the website, but it’s impossible, and the chatbot has been unhelpful in resolving this issue.
I have no idea how to fix this or stop paying for a service i do not use. Any help would be appreciated.
