Double billing - support unavailable

Hi guys,

I am being double billed and I'd like to contact live support but the support and live chat links all birng me back to the forum.... Do you know how to access the chat or a phone number?

thanks for this, unfortunatley your link keeps taking me to a FAQ page (attached) I still can't find a way to access a chat and/or send a support request.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser)
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
